Post-Internship Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000/month (on confirmation)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR operations. This role offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Successful candidates may transition into a full-time role after the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
- Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative assistance in HR operations and documentation.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and culture.
Ideal Skills & Attributes:
- Fresh graduates are welcome; background in HR/management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
