Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage MEP projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including budgeting, cost estimation, and value engineering to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical queries and optimize overall project performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent bill checking skills with ability to review contractor bills against drawings/specifications.
  • 8-10 years of experience in managing construction projects.
