You need to be a HODLer of these:

• Experience:
  5-8 years of experience in video editing, with a proven track record in a managerial or lead role, preferably in fintech, crypto, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator & AI Tools.
• AI Tools:
  Demonstrated experience and knowledge of AI-powered video creation tools and techniques for ideation, content generation, and workflow optimization.
• Reels & Short-Form Editing:
  Strong expertise in editing reels, shorts, and social media content with high engagement potential.
• Repurposing Content:
  Ability to convert long-form videos into short, impactful clips tailored for different platforms.
• Creativity & Storytelling:
  Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and transitions.
• Motion Graphics:
  Ability to create advanced motion graphics using After Effects.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong sense of aesthetics, color grading, and audio synchronization.
• Leadership & Mentorship:
  Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of video editors, providing constructive feedback and fostering skill development.
• Project Management:
  Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Strategy & Innovation:
  Ability to contribute to video content strategy, identify emerging trends, and implement innovative video solutions.
• Crypto Knowledge (Preferred):
  Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, and financial markets is a significant plus but not mandatory.
• Adaptability:
  Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and pivot based on feedback.

You will be mining through these tasks:

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of video editors/agencies, providing constructive feedback, fostering skill development, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Video Editing & Post-Production Strategy:

• Oversee the editing and refinement of all video content, ensuring high production quality and strategic alignment with brand goals.

AI-Powered Ideation & Creation:

• Utilize and integrate AI-powered video creation tools and techniques for ideation, content generation, and enhancing video production workflows.

Editing Reels/Short-Form Content:

• Drive the creation of high-impact, engaging reels and short videos optimized for social media, setting benchmarks for performance.

Repurposing Long-Form Videos:

• Develop and implement strategies for transforming long-form content into engaging shorts, ensuring key messages are highlighted and optimized for various platforms.

Advanced Motion Graphics:

• Create advanced motion graphics and animations using After Effects to elevate video content.

Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all video content consistently adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a cohesive visual style, and meets the highest quality standards.

Crypto Education & Market Updates Strategy:

• Strategize and oversee the creation of educational and market update videos tailored to crypto traders and investors, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute comprehensive video strategies, incorporating feedback and driving innovative solutions.

Trend Analysis & Innovation:

• Stay updated on cutting-edge video editing trends, AI technologies, techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance content quality and introduce innovative approaches.

Project Management & Workflow Optimization:

• Manage multiple complex video projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflows, timely delivery, and resource allocation.
