Job Title: Robotics R&D Engineer

Type: Part-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and skilled Robotics R&D Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new robotics projects, creating prototypes, and providing training through online classes to school mentors who will further implement these projects in classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, and develop innovative robotics projects aligned with STEM and educational requirements.
  • Build and test functional prototypes using electronic, mechanical, and programming components.
  • Conduct online training sessions for school mentors, ensuring they understand project concepts, working principles, and teaching methods.
  • Document project designs, wiring diagrams, codes, and user manuals for mentor and student reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics, AI, IoT, and STEM education to bring innovation into projects.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for mentors during implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of robotics hardware (sensors, actuators, controllers, Arduino/Raspberry Pi, etc.) and software (C/C++, Python, Scratch, etc.).
  • Experience in robotics project development and prototyping.
  • Good presentation and communication skills to deliver effective online mentor training.
  • Passion for innovation and interest in STEM education.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in STEM robotics curriculum/project development.
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training sessions.
