MIS/Invoice Executive

• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly management reports accurately and on time.
• Design and maintain MIS documentation to ensure smooth operations and ease of system maintenance.
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing MIS processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Conduct regular data analysis and develop insightful dashboards for performance tracking.
• Develop and manage an MIS system for internal communications.
• Provide reporting and analytical support to AFM for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver both standard and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Analyze business data to identify trends and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks, support the team with innovative ideas, and work on automation initiatives to improve reporting mechanisms.

Invoice & Budget Management

• Process invoices for all vendors, including Club, PN Writer, and leased car providers.
• Prepare and maintain budget documents, track budget vs. actual expenses, and support provisioning and accruals.
• Maintain and regularly update the invoice tracker for transparency and tracking.
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR) in JDE Keris.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for vendor registration and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage time and work on multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Minimum experience 4 to 5 years
