We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   MIS/Invoice Executive Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly management reports accurately and on time.Design and maintain MIS documentation to ensure smooth operations and ease of system maintenance.Recommend and implement improvements to existing MIS processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.Conduct regular data analysis and develop insightful dashboards for performance tracking.Develop and manage an MIS system for internal communications.Provide reporting and analytical support to AFM for strategic decision-making.Prepare and deliver both standard and ad-hoc reports as required.Analyze business data to identify trends and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks, support the team with innovative ideas, and work on automation initiatives to improve reporting mechanisms.Invoice & Budget ManagementProcess invoices for all vendors, including Club, PN Writer, and leased car providers.Prepare and maintain budget documents, track budget vs. actual expenses, and support provisioning and accruals.Maintain and regularly update the invoice tracker for transparency and tracking.Create Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR) in JDE Keris.Coordinate with stakeholders for vendor registration and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies.
