Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the Motor Insurance segment. The ASM will be responsible for recruitment of relation managers and managing them. Will handle day-to-day agency operations including recruiting, training, and maintaining relationships with agents. They will also drive sales targets, monitor agent activity, and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications


• Experience in sales, specifically within the insurance sector


• Strong skills in agent recruitment, training, and management


• Ability to drive sales targets and monitor agent performance


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory compliances


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


• Prior experience in a managerial role within the insurance industry is a plus
