Role and Responsibility

The System Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure of the institute, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of computer systems, software, and networks used for academic and administrative purposes. The role involves providing technical support to staff, faculty, and students, maintaining educational software platforms, and ensuring data security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, projectors, printers, and smart classroom equipment.
  • Provide technical support for staff, teachers, and students in resolving IT-related issues.
  • Manage institutes ERP systems, learning management systems (LMS), biometric attendance, and online exam platforms.
  • Support smooth functioning of online classes, webinars, and digital learning tools.
  • Maintain local area network (LAN), internet connectivity, and troubleshoot networking issues.
  • Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, Wi-Fi, and other IT-enabled security solutions.
  • Carry out routine data backups, system updates, and antivirus checks.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchase, repair, and AMC of IT equipment.
  • Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and usage reports.
  • Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for academic events, online tests, admissions, and digital initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in IT support / system administration, preferably in an educational environment.
