Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Sales Analyst
to support and oversee the marketing team. You will monitor team performance through the company's sales & attendance app, generate reports, analyse sales trends, and provide actionable insights to management to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor marketing team activities: attendance, order status, and field tasks through the company's mobile app.
  • Collect and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
  • Generate reports: sales performance, attendance summaries, and activity logs.
  • Identify sales trends, gaps, and opportunities by analysing collected data.
  • Ensure staff follow proper order update procedures and app discipline.
  • Provide management with regular feedback and suggestions to boost performance.
  • Assist in planning promotions, targets, and sales strategies.
  • Ensure all data entered in the app is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Train and guide team members in using the application effectively.

Requirements

  • Qualification: MBA / BBA in Marketing
  • Skills:

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Analytical and decision-making ability

  • Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers can also apply)
  • Preferred: Candidates residing nearby and comfortable with commuting
