Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Network Planning: Build and maintain Material qualification networks based on

formulation, pack format, market, and sourcing strategy.

Align technical and commercial milestones with operational feasibility.

2. Change control / Qualification Readiness & Execution: Ensure timely readiness of all

deliverables like NTS from sourcing, NMT equivalence from PD, Tox & RA clearance etc.. Track

and escalate risks related to lead times, material development / qualification or line trials.

3. Change control / Qualification Feasibility & Risk Assessment: Conduct feasibility

assessments for all Change control / Qualifications in terms of technical capability, and lead

time.

Identify bottlenecks and build mitigation plans with Materials, Supply chain, manufacturing and

procurement.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a single point of contact between R&D, regulatory,

Toxicology, manufacturing, sourcing and supply planning for all change control / qualification

network decisions. Participate actively in project meetings and reviews.

  1. Network Optimization: Generate insights & recommend plans / approach for agility and

resilience. Contribute to process improvisation and cost-saving goals via smart planning

  1. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project trackers, Change control risk logs, and

dashboards. Support monthly qualification reviews and leadership updates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


• On-Time Launch (OTL) 95% qualification delivered as per timeline


• Right First Time (RFT) in qualifications 90% (no major rework or delay)


• Zero nonconformances


• Data Readiness (Project trackers, GCC deliverables, master data) 100% accurate &

complete landing of change control.


• Qualification Time reduction by 2 months


• Change control Project Participation 100% participation in relevant projects

Qualifications & Skills:


• Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, Science, or related field.


• Experience: 1- 3 years in change control planning, or project management—preferably

in FMCG, cosmetics, or consumer goods.


• Tools: Microsoft project, Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, or project tracking tools.


• Soft Skills: Project management, stakeholder influence, problem-solving, resilience

under ambiguity, analytical thinking.
