Dear Candidate,

We are looking for an experienced professional in HR role for our plant location.

Job Title: AM/DM - HR

Location: Tirupati

Job Purpose

To oversee and manage all operational HR functions at the plant level, with key focus on time office, payroll processing, labour/contract manpower management, statutory compliance, and employee welfare. This role ensures smooth HR operations to support day-to-day plant productivity and maintain a compliant and engaging work environment.

  1. Time Management & Attendance

  2. Manage biometric attendance systems for permanent and contract workers.

  3. Monitor shift schedules, overtime, leave management, and absenteeism.

  4. Ensure timely closure and validation of attendance for payroll processing.

  5. Payroll Processing

  6. Collate and validate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leave, deductions).

  7. Coordinate with corporate payroll/finance teams for salary processing.
  8. Address employee salary queries, payslip generation, and final settlements.

  9. Ensure statutory deductions like PF, ESI, LWF are correctly implemented.

  10. Manpower / Labour Management

  11. Monitor daily manpower availability vs production requirements.

  12. Coordinate with contractors for timely deployment of contract labor.
  13. Verify labour strength, manage gate control, and handle contractor documentation.

  14. Conduct surprise audits on labour attendance and compliance.

  15. Statutory Compliance & Audits

  16. Ensure compliance with labour laws: Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, ESI, PF, etc.

  17. Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely filing of returns.

  18. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  19. Organize employee welfare programs, awareness sessions, and events.

  20. Ensure effective communication between HR and shopfloor employees.

  21. Address grievances of blue-collar employees and escalate as necessary.

  22. HRIS / Systems Handling

  23. Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS/HRIS platforms.

  24. Generate HR dashboards/reports (absenteeism, overtime, headcount, etc.).
  25. Ensure accuracy in shift rosters, gate passes, and access control systems.
