Role: Project Manager – Manufacturing Innovation

Location: Pune, India | Full-time | Experience: 5+ years in Project Management

As a
Senior Project Manager
, you will be at the forefront of implementing
AI-driven shopfloor transformation projects
, ensuring adoption of next-gen solutions in manufacturing plants.


Responsibilities

  • Lead
    digital transformation projects
    in manufacturing.
  • Build change management strategies & project management frameworks.
  • Assess plants for
    AI readiness
    (sensors, PLCs, edge & cloud systems).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables & milestones.
  • Conduct workshops, lead meetings & manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery across vendors, customers, product & tech teams.
  • Stay updated on
    Industry 4.0 and manufacturing innovation trends.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's in
    Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering
    (or equivalent).
  • Strong
    project management skills
    from initiation to closure.
  • Experience in
    Industry 4.0, IIoT, automation, shopfloor digitalization.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (English a must; German is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset, customer orientation & collaborative leadership.
  • Flexible, self-driven, and open to travel.
  • Prior
    manufacturing/metal industry
    exposure is a plus.
