The HR Executive Generalist is responsible for carrying out a broad spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and HR administration. This position works closely with management and team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues and performance management queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
- Conduct training and development programs for staff.
- Administer compensation and benefits including payroll, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and personnel records.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in HR analytics when needed.
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related queries and policies to staff and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
