Job Description : Project Manager - IT and Operations

Position: Project Manager for IT and Operations

Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a

related field.

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Salary Range: 8 to 12 LPA

Reporting To: Managing Director

Location: Bangalore

Work timings: Mon-Sat (6 days working), 10 AM PM.

Job overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Project Manager for IT and Operations with a solid background in supporting real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's overall technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of project-related tools, software systems, and data platforms critical to real estate development, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Operations:

1. Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, security systems,
   
   and cloud services.
2. Ensure high availability of systems and minimal downtime across all departments and sites.
3. Need to coordinate with the internal team for the Website development, design , testing and
   
   deployments for all our projects

Real Estate Project Tools & Systems:

1. Implement and support industry-specific software/tools used for:
   
   Project Management
   
   ERP systems
   
   CRM & Sales platforms

2. Train staff and ensure effective utilization of these platforms.
   
   End-to-End Administration of ODOO:

a. Liaison with the ODOO OEM, external implementors, and internal users.

b.Oversee workflow implementation and ensure timely issue resolution.

c.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive adoption and proper usage of the platform.

d.Access Control and Implementation of Odoo with existing Workflow and suggest

enhancement wherever required.

Data & Security Management:

1.Oversee data backups, disaster recovery planning, and cyber security protocols.

2.Ensure data integrity, secure access controls, and compliance with IT policies.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

1. Manage third-party IT vendors by providing the proper inputs for the work provided.
2. Need to coordinate with the external vendor for the Website development, design, testing
   
   and deployments, SEO, SMM for all our projects
   
   3.Negotiate contracts and ensure SLA compliance.

Digital Transformation & Innovation:

1. Drive digital transformation initiatives in line with business needs.
2. Recommend and implement emerging technologies to improve project execution, customer
   
   experience, and operational efficiency.

Support to Project Teams:

1. Provide IT support to Business Functions.
2. Set up digital workflows and dashboards for project tracking and reporting.

Key Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or related field.
2. Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a real estate or infrastructure development company.

Technical Skills:

1.Strong understanding of project management tools, ERPs, and CRM platforms used in real

estate.

2.Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, database management, and cloud services.

3. Experience with system integration and enterprise automation.

1.Able to handle the team and get the work completed in the prescribed timeline

2.Strong leadership and team management skills.

3.Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

4.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple projects running

simultaneously.

5. Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to IT in the real estate domain.
