The Creative Cloud Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting services related to Adobe Creative Cloud products to clients on a daily basis. . Location : BengaluruEmployment Type : Full-Time, On-SiteResponsibilities :

• Provide expert technical support for Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software installation, configuration, performance, and compatibility.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software integration problems.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
• Conduct technical consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate Creative Cloud solutions.
• Provide training and guidance on Creative Cloud applications and workflows.
• Assist clients with optimizing their creative workflows and utilizing advanced features.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications and updates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media creation.
• Provide expert advice on Creative Cloud licensing, deployment, and administration.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with clients and internal teams.
• Document support tickets and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Provide timely and professional communication to clients regarding support requests and issues.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including development, sales, and project management, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed.

Qualifications :Technical Expertise :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Consultant role.
• Proven experience providing technical support for Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Strong understanding of digital media workflows and production processes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, etc.).
• Operating systems (macOS, Windows).
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Network troubleshooting (a plus).
• Remote support tools.
• Documentation tools and knowledge base systems.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for automation.
• Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Experience with video editing and post-production workflows.
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software.
