1. Innovation and research management 2. Work in an interdisciplinary environment, coordinate with multiple SMEs, and lead thedevelopment of the algorithms 3. Use the sophisticated machine learning and data analytics tools/libraries to realize usable, reliable,and scalable models (machine learning and deep -data analytics) 4. Conceptualize, design, and develop various data science and machine learning frameworks 5. Lead theoretical and experimental validation of developed algorithms (internal and external) 6. Understand the industry/client needs and manage the development efforts in the right direction 7. Lead the projects and serve clients without compromising the deadline 8. Manage a team of scientists (Data and subject matter experts) and channel their efforts to meetthe objectives of the company. Requirements The qualifications that are necessary for someone to fill this position are the following: 1. Ph.D. degree (preferably completed) OR Post Doctoral fellow Researcher in one of the followingfields or related: Computer Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Big DataAnalytics, Computational Methods & Optimization, Climate Modelling, Blockchain, Computervision and Image processing, Electrical Power System Modeling, Computation Theories &Modelling, Programming & Algorithm Design, Applied Mathematics or Statistics 2. You have the ability to analyze complex technical problems, apply data analysis and machinelearning techniques, and have the ability to actively develop solutions for the clients' demands 3. A high degree of knowledge & experience in mathematical modeling, building algorithms - deepanalytics - predictive analytics, and advanced machine learning, etc. 4. Proven experience in developing algorithms and conducting algorithm/model validation in afast -paced environment (simulation and real experiments) 5. Research publications on mathematical modeling, optimization, application of AI/ML, and big datamodeling in reputed scientific journals 6. Excellent project management skills 7. Excellent writing skills - business, technical, and research8. In -depth experience in python programming and related libraries/methods (Pandas, Numpy,Tensorflow, Keras, CNN, faster CNN, RNN, LSTM, Vgg16, Resnet -50, Mobilenet, OpenCV, etc.) In the case of exceptionally good candidates with proven track records and relevant experience,the educational criteria can be relaxedBenefits 1.
