Role Overview:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for outbound sales calls, promoting insurance products to customers, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities-


• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.


• Pitch and sell insurance products (life, term, or health).


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.


• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.


• Adapt to various communication channels and languages as required.

Eligibility Criteria-


• Minimum 12th pass qualification.


• At least 6 months of experience in insurance sales (life, term, or health).


• Age: Up to 35 years.


• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).


• Must clear Versant Level 4 or 5 assessment.


• Ability to learn quickly and handle pressure.


• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.


• Courteous, with a customer-centric approach.


• Self-motivated and target-driven.
