Job Title:
SAP HR ABAP Developer

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop SAP HR ABAP solutions.
  • Work with SAP HCM using HR logical databases for reports, programs, and screens.
  • Apply functional knowledge of Payroll, OM, and PA.
  • Utilize HR macros for reading data from info types.
  • Implement HR-specific FMs/BAPIs to update HR data.
  • Integrate external (non-SAP) systems with SAP.
  • Participate in at least 2+ full cycle implementations as an SAP HR ABAP Developer.
  • Develop Object-Oriented ABAP, Smart Forms, Interface Programming, SAP Scripts, and SMARTFORMS.
  • Work with Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, and Dialog Programming.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and handle critical/complex situations independently.
  • Prepare and validate detailed technical specifications.
