We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in HR-related modules and technical developments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support ABAP programs in the HR module.
  • Work on PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management related objects and custom developments.
  • Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
  • Provide technical support for HR-related processes and integrations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Debug, test, and optimize existing code for performance improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP, with at least 2+ years in HR module developments.
  • Strong experience in HR-ABAP objects, payroll functions, time schemas, and related info types.
  • Expertise in Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms.
  • Good knowledge of data migration and integration with other modules.
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (mandatory).

Additional Requirements:

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Must be available to work from Hyderabad office (regular mode).
