Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Kanjurmarg East. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include staying updated with real estate market trends, assisting clients with property decisions, and maintaining a high level of professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to cater to client needs
- Background in Real Estate Development and Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
