We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage end-to-end execution of construction and infrastructure projects in Nagpur.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, hands-on project management experience, and a proven ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, work plans, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and design standards.
  • Manage resources, materials, and manpower to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and maintain strict adherence to project timelines.
  • Monitor contractor performance, manage billing and documentation, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct review meetings with stakeholders and report progress to senior management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at project sites.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with at least 8 years as Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, design interpretation, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
  • Knowledge of tendering, estimation, and contract management.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on timely delivery.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
