Role & responsibilities

SIS Engineers (working level ) with 3-5 Years of Experience

Education and Experience Required: BE Instrumentation & Control or any allied Branch of Engineering.

With work experience in Process / Industrial Process control / Automation environment.

Should have min of 3 years of experience in these areas.

Skills and Competency : Should have exposure to Industrial Process Safety Applications (ESD, FGS, BMS), Safety Application building, Hardware sizing, handling IO Database, Cabinet Design (System & Marshalling), Module level Testing, Total System integration and conducting FAT/IFAT. Or Extensive exposure to PLC based Industrial Automation, use of PLCs (Programming & Hardware Engineering) for Safety based Applications and willing to be groomed for working for SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems) group.

Exposure to System Commissioning & Startup support for ESD / FGS etc. Conversant with international standards (such as IEC, NFPA, SIL) will be an added advantage.

TuV Certified for safety Engineering / FSM Knowledge would be preferred. Job Role : Understanding of Safety Requirements from customer/ EPC's, carry out the Detail Engineering, Implementation and Conducting FAT/IFAT. Involves Startup & commissioning support.

Extensive interaction with Affiliates, Consultants/EPC's and Clients. Involves Startup & commissioning support. Should have proactive approach with good communication skills and willing to Travel abroad.

PLC Sr. Role

PLC/Safety (SIS) Engineers - Senior

Experience 7+ Yrs

Education BE/B. Tech

Required Experience:

Good understanding of Concepts in Safety Instrumented System (SIS) in process Industries with Hands-on in SIS implementation. Should have exposure to Safety Applications (ESD,FGS,BMS), Hardware sizing, handling IO Database, Cabinet Design(System & Marshalling), Total System integration and conducting FAT/IFAT. Should be conversant with international standards(IEC,NFPA,SIL). TuV Certified for safety Engineering / FSM Knowledge would be preferred.

Should have performed in the capacity of Leading a team. Exposure to Yokogawa Systems will be an added advantage. Role:

Understanding of Safety Requirements from customer/ EPC's, carry out the Documentation, Engineering(basic & detail), Safety Validation & Verification, Implementation and Conducting FAT/IFAT. Involves Startup & commissioning support, Following Functional Safety process. Extensive interaction with Affiliates, Consultants/EPC's and Clients. Should have proactive approach with good communication skills and will require Extensive Travel abroad.

Responsibilities: Engineering (Basic and Detail Design) for Safety Systems. Implementation of the on SIS of Yokogawa, Conducting FAT and Support start-up & commissioning activities at project site. Liaison with Affiliates, Interaction with Customer / EPC. Supporting Project / Engineering Manager for complete SIS delivery (includes Documentation, Design, procurement support, Integration & Testing ) by Leading / driving a team.
