KRA:

Payroll Processing: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy in timesheet collection, data entry, calculation of wages, deductions, and timely disbursement. Address payroll-related queries from employees.

Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.

Attendance Management: Track and manage employee attendance records, including leaves, holidays, and overtime, ensuring compliance with company policy.

Smooth Onboarding: Oversee the new hire joining formalities, including preparing offer letters, collecting necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless integration into the team.

HR Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Employee Communication: Serve as a point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and helpful information.

Policy Adherence: Ensure employee adherence to company HR policies and procedures.

Reporting Assistance: Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports as needed.

Liaison: Act as a liaison between employees and management on HR-related administrative matters.

Compliance: Stay updated on basic labour laws and regulations relevant to payroll, recruitment, and employee management in the hospitality sector.

Required qualification:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Proven experience processing payroll accurately and efficiently.

Familiarity with basic recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with HR/payroll software.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Understanding of basic labour laws related to payroll, attendance, and hiring.
