Saraswati Print Factory is looking for a proactive and dedicated
Male HR Manager
to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and other HR administrative functions to ensure smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilties :

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of factory and office staff.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records accurately.
  • Coordinate payroll processing with accounts.
  • Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
  • Conduct training sessions, safety briefings, and orientation programs.
  • Support management in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with factory HR policies and government regulations.
  • Liaise with government labor offices and auditors when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR , preferably in a manufacturing or printing setup.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Must be organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
