Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fleet Manager at Swiggy, based in Cuttack, with work-from-home flexibility. The Fleet Manager will oversee fleet operations, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations. Responsibilities include managing fleet performance, coordinating delivery partners, optimizing operational efficiency, analyzing fleet data, and implementing strategies to improve logistics and distribution. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and Sales team to maintain smooth and efficient operations while ensuring safety standards and quality service delivery targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management to ensure streamlined vehicle performance and maintenance.
• Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize workflows and make data-driven decisions for operational improvements.
• Compliance standards to maintain legal and safety requirements.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively and drive operational excellence.
• Ability to use fleet management software and data analysis tools, with prior experience in similar roles being a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or related field preferred.
