Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Offline Sales:
  2. Develop and implement a strategic plan for offline sales, focusing on participating in fairs and
  3. events.
  4. Attend and represent the company at relevant fairs, ensuring a strong brand presence and revenue
  5. generation.
  6. Footfall Enhancement:
  7. Implement initiatives to increase foot traffic to the offline store.
  8. Devise and execute strategies to enhance the overall in-store customer experience.
  9. Revenue Optimization:
  10. Maximize revenue per footfall through effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  11. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  12. Online Presence Management:
  13. Work towards achieving and maintaining the highest Google Ratings for the offline store.
  14. Implement strategies to ensure the store appears prominently in online searches for ethnic wear
  15. and sarees.
  16. Market Visibility:
  17. Conduct market research to stay informed about trends in ethnic wear and sarees.
  18. Collaborate with marketing teams to align offline strategies with online campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in offline sales, event participation, and retail strategy.
  2. Strong negotiation skills and ability to generate revenue from fairs and events.
  3. Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience enhancement.
  4. Familiarity with online reputation management and strategies to improve Google Ratings.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
