Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications/modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM (as per business needs).
  • Develop catalog items, workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
  • Maintain and enhance ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical documentation, and deliver solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and deployments in various environments.
  • Apply ITIL processes and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Experience in Flow Designer, Service Portal, and custom widget development.Role & responsibilities
