We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Continental Chef in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality continental dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a chef in a reputable establishment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
