Role Description – Business Development Executive (Full-Time, Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives.

Your day-to-day work will include conducting market research, planning and implementing sales strategies, managing partnerships, responding to leads, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals and revenue milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.

Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Create and present business proposals, documents, and strategic plans.

Work closely with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Manage multiple sales pipelines and track progress using CRM tools.

Represent the company during client meetings, calls, events, and online presentations.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to evaluate market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.

Experience in sales or business development with a proven record of achieving targets.

Knowledge of planning, project management, and execution of BD activities.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while handling multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).

Familiarity with the e-learning industry, EdTech sales, or digital products will be an added advantage.
