We are seeking an
experienced, driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and expand our market presence in the garment accessories sector, with a strong focus on the
polyester button industry
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a
Sales Manager
or in a similar role, preferably within the
garment accessories industry
. - Must have prior experience working with other garment accessories manufacturers
. - Hands-on experience in the polyester button industry is required
. - Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
(preferred).
