Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Order Processing: Handle billing, generate invoices, and manage cash or digital payments efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Understand menu items, combos, and ongoing offers to upsell and recommend products to customers.
Food Handling: Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly and on time.
Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the counter, service area, and display units as per FSSAI and QSR hygiene standards.
Stock Management: Monitor availability of food and beverage items; inform the supervisor of low stock or shortages.
Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Team Support: Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Sales Target Achievement: Promote add-ons and combo offers to achieve daily sales goals.
Compliance: Follow all safety, hygiene, and brand operation standards as per company policy.
