Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a QA - BPO position. The QA - BPO will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our service delivery through quality control, quality assurance, and quality management practices. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, implementing good manufacturing practices, and maintaining quality standards across all lines of business. The role will involve rigorous quality checks and coordination with various departments to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Auditing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in quality management
• Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
