We are looking for a
Senior SMM & GTM Marketing Expert
who will own and lead our entire Social Media and Digital Growth engine across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other relevant channels.

This is a high-impact role focused on brand positioning, content leadership, audience growth, and generating qualified inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute SMM strategy + content calendar aligned with business goals.
  • Manage daily social media posting across platforms (LinkedIn primary; YouTube, Instagram, X secondary).
  • Create high-quality posts, graphics, carousels, short videos, reels, and thought-leadership content.
  • Build audience engagement and grow Adeptiv AI's digital footprint.

2 - GTM & Demand Generation:

  • Build GTM campaigns targeting enterprise CXOs, AI leaders, BFSI, manufacturing, and regulated industries.
  • Drive qualified inbound leads through strategic content, awareness campaigns, and engagement funnels.
  • Optimize messaging for ICPs and refine our positioning for maximum conversion.

3 - Content & Brand Development

  • Create compelling content, such as Thought leadership articles, Industry insights, Customer narratives, etc.
  • Establish Adeptiv AI as a category leader in AI Governance.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams for unified storytelling.

Core Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in SMM, GTM, or Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B Enterprise SaaS / AI / B2B Tech.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth, B2B social media, and enterprise buyer behavior.
  • Strong design sense (Figma/Canva) + ability to create high-converting visuals.
  • Deep capability in creating high-quality content, carousels, GTM playbooks, and lead-gen campaigns.
  • Experience running SMM-driven funnels that generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Ability to work closely with founders and operate autonomously.
  • Passion for AI, enterprise tech, and learning.
