1. Review, implement, and monitor Quality Plans and Control Plans across all stages of product design, development, and production.

2. Lead root cause analysis and drive effective corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure closure of customer complaints and internal rejections related to development activities.

3. Conduct awareness and process-related training for relevant teams.

4. Maintain documentation and quality records for all development activities. Ensure adherence to cleanliness and 5S practices in the working area.

5. Review project progress as per the APQP timing plan in coordination with the CFT and Top Management. Oversee initial part control within the plant and at customer dispatch.

6. Monitor monthly KPIs, prepare action plans, and present performance updates to Top Management. Participate actively in Management Review Meetings (MRM).

7. Track new development projects as per APQP timelines, coordinate with CFT members, escalate delays, and manage PPAP & APQP activities with customers.

8. Participate in feasibility studies and OCR meetings for new development items. Ensure timely availability of required resources by coordinating with internal teams. Ensure sample submission to customers as per defined targets.

9. Communicate with customers from enquiry to development closure, including feasibility reviews, quotations, development updates, PPAP documentation, audit coordination, and query resolution.

10. Conduct CFT meetings for PFMEA, feasibility reviews, and OCR along with Top Management.

11. Ensure implementation of 5S, Kaizen, packaging, and standardization initiatives for all new component development.

12. Maintain compliance and documentation for CSR, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and MACE across all development activities.

13. Define and execute strategies for both product and process development to ensure successful project implementation.

14. Review individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

15. Maintain and review risk registers. Implement risk mitigation plans for identified project risks.

16. Communicate technical and non-technical information to internal teams and customers in a clear and concise manner.

17. Recommend and drive technology upgrades such as Industry 4.0 initiatives, Auto-MIS, automated inspection systems, digital documentation, robotics, and advanced production technologies.

18. Ensure compliance with Product Safety Characteristics, CSR requirements, and QMS standards. Support deployment of Quality Policy, achievement of Quality Objectives, and continuous improvement through Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and other improvement tools.
