- Preparation/finalization of Notices, Agenda and Minutes of Board meetings, Committee meetings and Shareholder's meetings. Preparation/ updation of Statutory registers including minutes books, shareholders registers etc
- Conduct Board meetings, Committee meetings, Shareholder's & Investor's meetings
- To ensure Compliance of Companies Act, FEMA Regulations as well as Bank Specific Compliances
- To ensure adherence of company's policies, SOPs, Matrix, and guidelines
- Preparation of various Notes, Letters/ Notices/Responses etc.
- Internal and Statutory Audit Assistance and Support Function to Accounts and Finance Department
- Compliance of associate /affiliated subsidiaries including overseas subsidiaries/associate entity
- Dealing with internal and external parties and co-ordination with various stakeholders, directors, banks, shareholders, auditors, governmental agencies, and other regulatory authorities
- Foreign Law Research and Compliances as and when required
- Investment due diligence, Incorporation of new entities, NBFC Registration
- Execution / review of agreements/contracts on need basis
- To assist/guide management in relation to the secretarial and legal aspects.
