• Minimize losses by implementing fraud detection measures in returns.


• Handle customer return shipments, refunds, and exchanges professionally.


• Collaborate with the warehouse & logistics team to process defective product returns.


• Perform quality checks on returned items and ensure accurate inventory management.


• Generate reports on return rates, product defects, and refund trends for management.

Work Experience:

  • Education: Post Graduate/Graduate/Undergraduate all can apply.


• Experience: 1-5 years in return management, logistics, or supply chain roles.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
