**Job Designation : Warehouse Executive**

A Warehouse Executive is responsible for over seeing & managing the day to day operations of a warehouse. This role required strong organizational skills, attention to detail & the ability to lead a team effectively.

**Job Purpose**:
To efficiently manage warehouse operations, ensuring accurate & timely receipt, storage & dispatch of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the safety & security of the warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibility**:
1) Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts & physical inventories. Monitor stock levels & reorder as necessary to avoid stock outs & overstock situations. Use Warehouse Management System (WMS).

2) Receiving & Shipping : Oversees the receiving process to ensure all incoming goods are inspected verified & correctly recorded. Manage the dispatch of goods, ensuring orders are picked.

3) Logistics Coordination : Coordinate with transport companies & suppliers to ensure timely delivery & receipt of goods.

4) Quality Control : Ensure the quality & integrity of goods received & dispatched, conducting inspections & maintaining standards.

5) Safety & Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with health & safety regulations.

6) Process Improvement : Identify & Implement improvements to enhance efficiency & productivity within the warehouse.

7) Reporting : Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse activities & performance metrics for management review.

**Salary : 17k - 25k**

**Experience - 6 Months To 2 Years.**

**Morning Shift With Alternate Saturday Off.**

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
