Job Title: RPA UiPath Developer

Location: Banashankari, Bangalore (Hybrid – 2–3 days a week)

Experience: 5+ Years (Minimum 3 years in RPA with UiPath)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced RPA UiPath Developer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong UiPath expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify, analyze, and automate processes involving Excel, PDF, SAP, email, databases, and web applications.
  • Implement exception handling, debugging, logging, and production support for deployed bots.
  • Integrate UiPath solutions with APIs, OCR, and AI/ML components where applicable.
  • Prepare technical documentation, process design documents (PDDs), and solution design documents (SDDs).
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and scalability in automation.
  • Mentor and guide junior RPA developers when required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in RPA development using UiPath.
  • Strong programming knowledge in VB.Net, C#, Python, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with OCR tools, AI/ML models, and API integrations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and automation delivery frameworks.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹397, ₹1,601,012.82 per year
