About the role:You will be a highly skilled and experienced AI Motion Graphics Artist with proven and strong AI video editing and graphic skills who will be joining our marketing team in the 32ND Gurugram office. This is a full-time work from office role which will involve active collaboration across product, marketing and design teams. You will have a strong background in using artificial intelligence tools on graphic & video design, with a focus on creating visually appealing and cohesive designs across various platforms.

You will be playing a key role in elevating our brand through innovative and impactful AI design solutions. Note: Applicants are requested to share a portfolio showcasing work and examples where they have used AI tools on videos and motion graphics. Applications without a portfolio will be rejected.

What You Will

Be DoingConceptualize and create visually stunning designs: Develop creative concepts and designs for a range of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website elements. Brand Guidelines: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all touch-points. Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's visual identity.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business goals. Stay Current with Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Develop engaging digital marketing assets for social media, incorporating both static and motion elements to enhance brand visibility. Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh design perspectives and innovative ideas to enhance project creativity.

Provide accurate time estimates for project phases, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines. Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles, aligning them with project requirements. Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration within the team.

Collaborate with the design and content team to develop compelling ad copies and visuals that resonate with the target audience. A/B test different creatives to identify the most effective messaging and visuals. What

You Bring To The TableYou should have 5 years of experience in using artificial intelligence tools on motion graphic design as well as videos.

You should have strong video editing skills; understanding of using Artificial Intelligence in design aesthetics will be mandatory. You should have prior experience in D2C organizations or creative agencies. You should have experience creating high volume visual and motions graphics for performance marketing.

You should have strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills across different social media platforms. You should be proficient in the following: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D/ Premiere/ Final Cut Pro, Figma, Coral Draw as well as artificial intelligence tools.

You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
