The incumbent needs to oversee the real estate across all campuses. He/she should also oversee upkeep of the campuses. The responsibility includes maintaining, planning, overseeing, controlling functions like maintenance, housekeeping, security, BMS / facility management and related areas.

The incumbent should

  • Be tech savvy and competent in planning and scheduling all activities across campuses.

  • Build and Develop from the existing team at each campus.

  • possess excellent project management skills

  • have excellent written and communication skills

  • Development of all properties – Government authority's co-ordination (MMRDA, CIDCO, MSRDC, Municipal Corporations. Etc.)

  • Study and evaluation of proposals, schemes, tenders, auctions launched by any Government authority.

  • Other areas of work – Real Estate Management, Town Planning, Area development, General Administration etc.
