Qualifications :-

Essential : - B. E / B. Tech. Civil / Construction Engg. or equivalent

Desirable:- ME/ M. Tech.- Construction mgmt. / Estate management or equivalent



SVKM’s NMIMS is a category -1 deemed to be university. It has 8 campuses across India. Each campus has self-sufficient and state of the art infrastructure. The headquarters of the university are located in Mumbai and comprises of several buildings.



The incumbent needs to oversee the real estate across all campuses. He/she should also oversee upkeep of the campuses. The responsibility includes maintaining, planning, overseeing, controlling functions like maintenance, housekeeping, security, BMS / facility management and related areas.



The incumbent should;

  1. Be tech savvy and competent in planning and scheduling all activities across campuses.
  2. Build and Develop from the existing team at each campus.
  3. possess excellent project management skills
  4. have excellent written and communication skills
  5. Development of all properties – Government authority’s co-ordination (MMRDA, CIDCO, MSRDC, Municipal Corporations. Etc.)
  6. Study and evaluation of proposals, schemes, tenders, auctions launched by any Government authority.
  7. Other areas of work – Real Estate Management, Town Planning, Area development, General Administration etc.
