Role & responsibilities:

Selling a company's products to retailers and wholesalers (General Trade) or to large retail chains (Modern Trade) by securing new accounts, maintaining customer relationships, managing product placement, and driving sales to meet targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, executing promotions, ensuring product availability, handling logistics, and analyzing market trends to grow business.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and secure new retail or wholesale clients and accounts.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Develop and implement sales plans and promotions at retail outlets to boost sales.

  • Customer & Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

  • Manage existing accounts, including stock replenishment and inventory control.

  • Ensure product visibility and proper display at store levels.

  • Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Understand market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Provide feedback on product performance and market conditions to management.
  • Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
