About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy and execution for our cutting-edge Data Centre Projects. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation across mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project goals, timelines, and budgets
Lead sourcing and contracting for civil, MEP, IT, and specialized data centre systems
Build and manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance
Drive cost optimization through value engineering and market intelligence
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, finance, and legal teams
Implement digital procurement tools and JDE systems for process efficiency
Ensure regulatory compliance, ethical sourcing, and risk mitigation
Skills & Competencies
Strategic sourcing & category management
Contract law, negotiation & dispute resolution
Data centre infrastructure (UPS, CRAC, BMS, fire suppression)
MEP systems procurement expertise
Tier III/IV standards (Uptime Institute, TIA-942)
JDE systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
Procurement analytics (Power BI, Tableau)
Supply chain & logistics coordination
Leadership & stakeholder engagement
Regulatory compliance & ESG practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
12–18 years of experience in procurement, with 5+ years in data centre or mission-critical projects
Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure procurement
