Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading field technicians, optimizing workflows, managing scheduling, maintaining compliance, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pest control service operations and technician schedules
- Manage, train, and support field technicians to ensure high performance
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with state and industry regulations
- Coordinate with clients to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain inventory of chemicals, equipment, and supplies
- Implement safety protocols and ensure technician adherence
- Track operational metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Work closely with management to meet business goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained and serviced regularly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16, ₹40,000.00 per month
