Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Layout Designer (InDesign Paginator) to design and arrange newspaper and magazine pages with accuracy and creativity. The role requires strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver high-quality publications on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Page Layout Design: Create professional and visually appealing layouts using Adobe InDesign for newspapers, magazines, and related publications.
• Content Arrangement: Place articles, images, and advertisements according to client requirements while ensuring proper sequencing and balance.
• Consistency & Style: Maintain visual consistency, readability, and proper formatting across all pages.
• Collaboration: Work closely with editorial and design teams to deliver accurate and timely layouts.
• Quality Check: Review layouts for errors, ensure accuracy, and make necessary corrections before final delivery.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign for page layout and content formatting.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in pagination, preferably in newspaper or magazine publishing.
• Detail Orientation: Ability to identify and correct errors with a keen eye for detail.
• Deadline Management: Capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
