**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the senior design team in the creation and formatting of layouts for books, journals, and magazines using Adobe InDesign.
- Support in formatting and typesetting manuscripts, including Fiction, Non-Fiction, and K-12 content.
- Work with provided templates to ensure consistency across projects and adhere to established design guidelines.
- Assist in making design changes based on feedback from editors and design team members.
- Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Perform basic quality checks on paginated materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare files for print production, ensuring they meet the necessary specifications.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices related to pagination and publishing.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of design and pagination.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing layouts.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and work collaboratively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Bangalore.

**Internship Details**:

- **Duration**: 3 months (Paid Internship).
- **Post-Internship**: Performance-based employment confirmation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
