Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Immigration Administrator to join our Global Immigration Services team. This role provides vital administrative and operational support to immigration coordinators and lawyers within the Canadian Immigration team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and play an important part in ensuring smooth and compliant case processing across our global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to immigration coordinators and lawyers.
  • e-File and manage a high volume of immigration-related documentation with accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain client case files and records for Canadian immigration matters.
  • Assist in the intake process, respond to internal and external inquiries, and maintain communication flow.
  • Adhere to firms risk management and compliance standards in all activities.
  • Maintain and update case management databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Perform data entry for billing, case tracking, and general client information.
  • Utilize and optimize digital immigration workflow tools for process efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively within a global delivery model to ensure 24-hour case continuity and service quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 years of professional experience in Canadian immigration administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with INSZoom is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.A mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and client-centric thinking.
  • Digitally fluent and open to learning new tools, systems, and technologies.
