About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day inventory management, coordinating dispatch & return processes, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations, including stock entry, verification, and reconciliation.
- Track inward & outward movement of goods through ERP or inventory software.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics & warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch & returns.
- Monitor stock accuracy, conduct regular audits, and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and minimize discrepancies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve stock-related issues.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, Tally, etc.) and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
