Job Role Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Corporate Sales Trainer who will be responsible for onboarding and upskilling our sales representatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, understand sales processes, and be willing to learn Spanish to support international and multilingual training in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

  • Design and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members.
  • Train employees on product knowledge, promotions, pricing strategies, and business policies.
  • Conduct role-plays, mock calls, and real-time feedback sessions to improve selling techniques.

Quizzes & Evaluations:

  • Develop and administer quizzes, tests, and assessments to evaluate employee understanding and retention.
  • Review quiz results to identify knowledge gaps and plan targeted re-training.
  • Maintain documentation of training attendance and performance tracking.

Content Creation & Language Support:

  • Create and update training materials, manuals, presentations, and SOPs.
  • Learn Spanish to eventually help support bilingual training sessions.
  • Assist in localization or translation of training content (in collaboration with language experts, if needed).

Monitoring & Coaching:

  • Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales representatives and offer coaching to improve results.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring for underperforming employees.
  • Share regular feedback and reports with the Sales Manager and HR.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales, HR, and Marketing teams to align training programs with ongoing business strategies.
  • Support rollout of new product launches and promotional campaigns through focused training sessions.
