Senior Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Manager

Location: Dhekiajuli Assam

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Language Preference: Assamese (preferred), Hindi/English

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all accounting operations related to GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
• Deduct and deposit TDS, prepare TDS returns and certificates.
• Manage all vendor accounts — including payments, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure timely settlement of bills.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and government regulations.
• Oversee the day-to-day financial transactions of the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, GST, and TDS management.
• Experience in vendor account management preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of Assam-specific taxation and business rules.
• Good communication skills in Assamese and Hindi/English.
