Raheja Universal is hiring an experienced MEP Draftsman to support the design and documentation of MEP systems across high-end real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, technical understanding of MEP systems, and hands-on experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed MEP drawings including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety layouts.
  • Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Modify and update drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to drafting standards, codes, and project specifications.
  • Maintain drawing records and documentation for project tracking.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs and technical documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or ITI Draftsman (Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP drafting.
  • Real estate industry experience is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
  • Good understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
